Baller Kingdom Returns Policy

At Baller Kingdom, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at info@ballerkingdom.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package your item securely, including all original product packaging, tags, and any accessories.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
